Driver Vetting Process
How we verify every driver
No driver on SchoolRun ever carries a child without completing our full 6-step vetting process. Every document is manually reviewed — not auto-approved. And it doesn't stop at registration.
Document expiry is monitored daily. Drivers are automatically suspended when insurance, licences, or clearances expire — before they can start a route.
Identity Verification
National ID cross-referenced with government records. Selfie-match verification required.
Police Clearance
Zimbabwe Republic Police clearance certificate — original document required. Renewed annually.
Driver's Licence Check
Valid ZRP driver's licence with appropriate passenger vehicle endorsement. Expiry monitored automatically.
Vehicle Inspection
Valid vehicle registration, roadworthiness certificate, and comprehensive insurance verified.
Ongoing Monitoring
